Subject: Re: hotel rates and AAA Posted on: Sat, 26 Jun 2004 11:14:03 -0400

I have AAA and I've saved alot on reserving a hotel either thru AAA directly
or by using the hotels individual websites. If you book online thru the
hotels websites you have to specify the AAA rate and you save 10% of each
nights stay if they offer it. I booked an 8 day Los Angeles vacation and
saved about 100.00 by using my AAA card. And living in Florida I get
discounted Disney and Universal tickets too.

Plus I like the fact I can get free maps and tourbooks from them and I can
order them online and get them delivered to my house free of charge. They
also have discounted hotels that they offer cheap rates. I have a Hampton
Inn in Orlando reserved for Labor Day weekend at 54/night and the hotels
website is saying I'd have to pay 75.60/night.
But do be careful as some hotels websites say they are AAA rates but if you
actually go and book directly thru AAA you can save even more money!
