Yes, they're accessible - 4 (Lexington Av. Line) or D or B (6th Av.
Line) to 161 St. for Yankee Stadium, 7 (Flushing Line) to Willets
Point-Shea Stadium for Shea Stadium (the Mets).
The only thing I have to add to what others have said is that you can
always check alt.sports.baseball.ny-yankees and
alt.sports.baseball.ny-mets for further suggestions on ticketing and
what to do on game day.
