You might want to look into breaking up your rental into two, Houston to
New Orleans, then New Orleasn to Atlanta. Sometime there are no drop-off
charges between closer destinations. I priced a one way rental from Boston
to Atlanta and it included a $300 drop-off fee. But if I rent Boston to DC,
then DC to Atlanta there are no drop-off fees!
