That depends whether your flight is late, whether you check any
baggage, and if you do, how long you have to wait at Baggage Claim.

Safety doesn't enter into the equation, but fastest would depend on
the time of day. During rush hour, surface transportation would be a
lousy idea, and the NJ Transit train goes to Penn Station, a block
from B&H. At odd hours, taxis to and from the store might be quickest.
