I'll be going to LA in Feb. with a friend (gals trip!). We'll mostly
be doing shopping and going to the studios to see tapings of shows.
We'll probably be going to CBS Studios, WB Studios and Paramount
Studios (all in Burbank/Studio City area).
I am assuming I will need to rent a car to go to these places, as I
doubt transit would be efficient (nor would it be safe since most of
these tapings end in the evening hours).
I would like a hotel that is around $100 US a night, free continental
breakfast, free parking and walking distance/short metro ride from
shopping and restaurants. I've seen a couple of affordable places in
Beverly Hills, but it's hard to find something with free parking.
Can anyone make some suggestions? My search on Hotels.com is tough
because it's hard to find locations of the hotels on the maps to see
if they are near a metro station and if they are in a (relatively)
safe area.
