I stayed there once years ago. It was $75 a night, I
believe off-season, which has come around again now, but
then again, this was years ago, maybe ten or so. Somewhere
around 100 a night might be the rate. I got a room with a
big ol' brass bed. More interesting than your average motel
room, though probably not any more accomadating in a
strictly objective sense.

Anyway, there's also a large mural of James Dean on the wall
outside and a ratty old ottoman in the lobby, supposedly
once sat upon by Janis Joplin or somesuch sixties icon at
one time or another and the Holding Company played there New
Year's Eve a couple years ago.
