Yep. Some people who live in deserts seem to take leave of their
senses when pools of water appear in the roadway. That's why it's good
that they passed the Stupid Motorist Law. I just love it when they
bust people who drove past barricades and then stand on the roofs of
their flooded pickups waiting for a helicopter to arrive :-)
