WOW!!!! First time i heard that. In a way it makes sense - Many
people think seatbelts cause crashes by making people think they're
protected so they drive as crazy as they want. Again i say, the only
solution to psycopath drivers is DL suspension or prison. Lets stop
the criminal coddling.
