When I went to SF two years ago, I visited 2 Vertigo Locations:

Mission Dolores( http://www.missiondolores.org) and its graveyard...it's
still exactly as in the movie!
Fort point just beside the Golden Gate Bridge, where Kim Novak jumped in the
bay, wonderful view.
