It happened at Rivington and Clinton streets. Not in Alphabet City.
And yes, 3 AM is not a smart time to be on the streets.
Most of the murders here are done by people who know the victim. Just
read the NY Post for a week or two. And our murder rate is very low
in proportion to the population.
