Hi,
I am from Germany and planning a 3 1/2 weeks trip for me and my husband to
the west coast this summer. Since we have lived in San Diego for 2 years
part of it will be spend with friends in the SD area. But since we are
always up for something new we were thinking of going up the coast for about
2 weeks. Our plan was to rush up to San Fran in one day and take it easy
from there. Going up inland to maybe Seattle and then driving back down the

Is this feasible? What would you recommend to see?
We are especially interested in National park and some nice day hikes. We
would take our camping equipment with us but don't want to use it every day.
Usually on these kind of trips we would take Motel6 or similar.
