The problem I've had in Los Angeles at that hour is you have to have
a car to buy from a drive-up window. Yes, I joined the line of cars
and took my turn but when I got to the window they refused to give me
my order 'cause I was afoot. I don't get it.
Why had I no car? The place was just a block from the motel. Why drive?
Got my order, though. The people in the car behind me passed m'money
through to the cashier and m'order through t'me.
