I don't have a pass because I don't have a car. I'll be renting. Last
time I went that way was through Phili. Toll booths every 10 feet. I
didn't see anything about buying a ticket and paying later. Any one
know about this and maybe how much it is.

I really don't want to pay for a pass I'll use maybe twice a year...if
that.
