Funnily enough, Ruby Rouge used to be Kam Fung, which was alway the biggest
and most popular DimSum in the city. Kam Fung actually opened a new place
when they vacated, and it's absolutely the best I've ever had, including
many in Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur.
It's upstairs on St. Urbain, just a couple of feet North of La Gauchetiere,
inside a funny sort of mall that is so much like Hong Kong, it's uncanny.
