What circumstances? there are several flights a day from YYZ-YXU on
Air Canada, many of them the cheapest fare is Can$84. Now when you add
the taxes and various fees that get charged it will be at least half as
much again higher.
Next most direct option is to use the RobertQ service, they take people
back and forth from London to YYZ in vans. They cost $84 for a round trip
but that is taxes included and it is a little cheaper for students.
Cheapest was would be to take the public transit downtown ($2.50, it is
about a one hour trip) and catch the VIA rail train (adjacent to Union
Subway station) or Bus (a short walk from Dundas Subway Station) but it is
a pain to do this with anything more than minimal luggage. If you book
somewhat in advance discount VIA tickets are currently $65.00
You might also check with Rent-a-wreck, as a rule they have a lower minimum
age for renters than the major car companies. For Ontario they list 21
years as the minimum age which is still a problem for you but if you call
them they may be able to work something out.
