That surprises me. My worst flight was KLM. We had paid quite a bit extra to
fly KLM under the mistaken impression that they offered better service and more
comfortable seating. Our plane was three hours late leaving. Apparently the
crew got stuck in traffic on the way to the airport. The seats were as small and
with as little leg room as AirTransat. Our stewardess, though incredibly good
looking, was incredibly stupid.
