John Woodruff:
>>> Wife and I - recently retired - will spend a week in Boston in early
>>> Summer. ...
>>> Can we sightsee the historic and cultural sites without renting a car?
>>> We are happy to walk and use transport. Shopping doesn't matter but
>>> museums do. Does the subway go everywhere (old Ironsides, for
>>> example)?
Laura Billmers:
> A car is Boston is an annoyance. You can walk and use the T (subway system)
Old Ironsides (the USS Constitution) isn't exactly on the subway, but
it's about a mile from it. You can get closer by bus if you want.
> My family loves Legal Seafoods. We always opt to go there for seafood.
I'm not a big seafood fan, but I have enjoyed eating there.
> BTW, it is NOT Legals! It is Legal! (no S)
In fact it's Legal Sea Foods.
