15 minutes my ass! I live near Secaucus. At 3AM you can get to the Port
Authority Bus Terminal (if a bus is running) in about 20 minutes. From
6 - 10 in the morning it willl take an hour or more.

There are plenty of hotels in Manhattan in your price range.

If you aren't going to stay in the city, you are better off not coming
at all, and waiting until you can afford to enjoy it.
