Which laws, the weight limit imposed by the transit company or the laws of
physics? This isn't like previous threads with people being overly
judgmental about people who are a little overweight. This woman is huge.
I saw a sad thing at the YMCA yesterday. Two teenage boys were playing
cards in the coffee shop area. They appeared to be 13-14 years old. Both
had membership cards clipped to their clothing. One was quite normal
looking. The other kid was huge. I am quite seriously estimating close to
400 lb. You know the type of body that has so much bad that it droops like
a melting wax figure. To be so incredibly fat at such a young age is really
sad. I hate to imagine what he will be like when he got older. The fact that
he had a Y membership might indicate that his parents cared enough to get
him to get out and do some exercise, but perhaps they should dbe monitoring
his activity and get him up exercising instead of dropping him off with a
friend and have him just play cards.
