I guess the long and short of it is that at times other than rush hour, it's not worth
taking the 407 and that each of the three possible routes are about equal in time and
distance. But if it's rush hour, the 407 will save more than an hour on what is already a
day long drive. Once you hit Hamilton it will be a breeze.
