Before meeting my husband, I stayed at the Canadian side of Niagara
for three nights.

I'm glad I've seen the Falls (as well as doing all the touristy things
there, e.g. Maid of the Mist, stood behind them, etc), but I certainly
wouldn't go back - even though my husband would love to visit! I was
shocked at how tacky parts of the town are; the trip there was two
nights too long! If I had to go back, I'd stay in Toronto and have a
day trip there.

p.s. Niagara on the Lake was lovely.
