Personally I don't think they will be able to implemet their timeline.
Less than 20% of US citizens have or have had a passport and unless
they pour tons of money into the passport offices they will never be
able to keep up with the demand
Then again, so many US citizens don't ever consider travelling outside
of their own country, that perhaps it will be a non event. |
