What's the current status of Visa Electron acceptance in the USA, both
at merchants and at ATMs? Past threads here suggest it may not be
accepted at ATMs, but this page...

...suggests it is. Anyone know?

The card in question has only Electron and LINK logos, not Plus or
Cirrus. I've used it in some ATMs in Germany, Holland, Belgium and I
think Italy too, but I didn't have it last time I was in the U.S.
