If you are only doing two parks, which takes a day each, you could
easily split your time between Orlando and the beach on either the
Gulf or the Atlantic. The Gulf is calmer than the Atlantic, but if you
do go East, Cocoa Beach via the Beeline Expressway is more family
friendly than Daytona, and could include the Kennedy Space Center.
