Hi-
I'll be in northern New England during the latter part of June and I
need to find low cost places to stay. No hostels or anything like that.
I'll only be staying there for sleeping so I don't need any ambiance-
just clean, easy in and out, etc.
I was thinking about the things that I know of- Motel 6, Super 8, etc-
but there's only one in the northern part of those states.
Does anyone know of similar places (mostly similar rates) in the
northern (and preferably out of the way) parts of Vermont, New Hampshire
or MAine? I know there probably aren't big chains there. It's not that
I'm enamored of chains- far from it. It's just that I can count on them
to be what they are. Places with more character, etc, would be wonderful!
