Let me explain to your tiny little rude brain, Frank:

Julie said she thinks 10% is "horribly low." She also said she "tend[s] to tip
high at bars," but "not necessarily a buck a drink."

I'm pointing out that there's very little difference between a "high" tipping
rate and $1 per drink unless you're somehow getting your drinks for much less
than $6 apiece, and, since she and I both live in DC, I'm asking where and what
she's drinking. I certainly don't know any place where one can drink that
reasonably, apart from home -- but I'd like to. That's why I followed up with a
smiley.
