You're talking about the place on 23rd Street, right? I've never been
in past the lobby, but it looks like a neat building and is definitely
known for the interesting characters who have stayed there - there is a
nice historical plaque on the outside that you can read about the
place. Otherwise, it is convenient and in a nice neighborhood. Also,
the restaurant next door, El Quixote, is an institution - definitely
worth a meal or two.
