You must have booked the cheapest rate. Hotels are getting like airlines
with their rates. The cheapest rate is usually non-refundable. The next
rate usually will allow cancellation up to 6:00pm local time. A next
higher rate may include a free breakfast. I can guaranty that the
rate codes were explained somewhere on the site. You just have
to learn to find them & read them. You may get stuck paying the
fees.
