I never thought of this before. What an epiphany! What is left
unclaimed as take-away on my plate goes to feed the dumpster diving
homeless. Perhaps we should tip the wait staff to put uneaten portions
in a zip-lock bag thereby providing a slightly fresher treat for
dumpster divers. 8-)
