Maybe he was like a lot of other people whose biggest disability is a pickle
up his ass. Unfortunately, there are some disabled people with too much time
on their hands and have nothing better to do than to cause trouble. Thanks to
special transit arrangements and accessibility, lots of them like to hang
out in malls. At one local mall there is a guy in a motorized wheel chair
that makes a habit of taking runs at groups of people, intentionally running
into them. I had seen him do it several times and on one visit there watched
him do it repeatedly. I stopped him and told him that if saw him do it again
I would push him and his chair over to the stairs. I think he got the
message.
