I was at the IP SOC 2004 conference in Grenoble, France
and a lot of US attendees were wary about how they'd be
treated. Overall: superb. The only incident that I had
heard was an American Republican who had a bit too much
red wine at L'Epicurean restaurant and imposed his views
(in English) on other diners. Diplomacy won't be one of
his second career choices ...
