I believe they are about 54 x76 inches, which translates to 136 x 192 cm.
Queen, the next size up is 60 x 76, and King, the biggest, is 72 x 72.
In Canada, you will find mostly Queen's in hotels, but there are some
Doubles around. The room will likely be called a "double" even if the bed is
Queen because they aren't named for the bed size but whether there are 2
beds. Finding 2 single (twin) beds is unusual in Canada. The hotel website
will usually offer up some more detail on the room finishing if you poke
around, and that should clarify it.
