Vague, but for the purpose of this discussion I'll answer Yes. Happy? Now let
me ask you the same question: Do you know much about Europe? I hope you'll
notice the absurdity of your question while you attempt to answer it.

A Yugoslavia that broke into separate warring parts and risked pulling other
countries in. Not a European mess? Because much of Europe was unwilling to
look reality square in the face it wasn't European. Forest, trees.

They weren't always easy lessons but they are timely; the tenth anniversary of
the Srebrenica Massacre is this month. Still much food for thought.
