That rather depends on how big it is, how quickly its needed
and what the value is
The courier firms such as DHL and Fedex are fine for small
packages needed urgently but very expensive for large/heavy stuff.
The US Postal Surface has cheaper surface shipping rates
but is SLOW and has a weight limit on packages
For anything bigger than this you need to find a specialist
shipping agent in the local area and get a specific quote.
The following URL will allow you to get quotes
http://www.internationalmovers.com/
Dont forget that the customs in Poland are apt to take
a keen interest in the contents of the shipment and may
well levy taxes on the imported goods.
