At the official Grand Canyon site they have an Accessibility section
that you'll want to check out , and there's also an Accessibility
brochure available at the entrances. I believe they have a limited
number of wheelchairs available for free use, but I don't think they
are electric, but I'm not positive. You might want to phone them to be
sure. If they don't have them, perhaps they could point you to a
private company that rents them.

Be aware that some areas of the park and some buildings are not
wheelchair accessible.

That's a long time if you aren't hiking. While there are numerous
things you can do beyond typical sightseeing (for example, there are
numerous ranger-led educational talks; click the Educational Programs
link for details), even so you may find 5 days a little long unless
you're looking for a vacation that has a lot of free time for reading,
relaxing, etc.
