I disagree. In my experience hotel restaurants charge top prices
for distinctly mediocre food. Being charged $10+ for a breakfast buffet
that consists of watered down fruit juice , cheap pastries and lukewarm
coffee is all too common for example. There are exceptions of course
but the mid priced chains such as Holiday Inn, Marriott and Ramada
tend to have boring overpriced food.
