And now there is one more scandal involving graft and corruption by the
crooked cops!! Apparently they rigged the contract for the photo radar,
again!!

The city is so crooked, they had to FIRE the last crooked chief of cops, for
trying to frame the head of the police commission together with a reporter who
was detailing crooked cops!!
The crooked cops there have been convicted of torture, hiring a hitman to kill
a wife, mysterious disappearance of key evidence of cocaine from locked
property room, "tasering" accused unnecessarily, and the list goes on....
Roads are in critical poor shape everywhere, because instead of fixing the
roads, the idiots running the city gave $650,000 to the Triple5 ZHIDS,
sponsoring a nuisance car race this past weekend!
Kill anyone you don't like, then get fellow cops to do a cover up.
Like in the Ken Brander case, where he was illegally speeding and killed the
young child,and severely wounded another.
Now, a young man was murdered by SEVEN SHOTS, rather than using the taser, or
even shooting the person in the legs to disable him. The young man allegedly
had a pen knife in his hands.
With all the disgraced ex-police chiefs, and the unprosecuted crimes of them,
one must wonder who is running the police department - only crooks?
