OK, don't start them at the same time, but start them each an hour or
two later. Does it matter if kids get home at 530 instead of 430.
If the concern is children leaving for school in the dark, then change
the start time so they don't leave in the dark. Why do you feel the need
to bash the UK? They weren't bashing the US.
