True. Of course just wait for a student to get hurt and the lawsuit to
claim that were a normal bus used, the driver would have seen the
problem and been able to address it or call for help.
Shortly after that they'll hire security guards to monitor the second
floor of the bus, reducing the savings by transporting twice as many
people with a single driver.
