As long as Florida is a swing state, forget about going to Cuba.

When Elian washed up on the shores of Florida, I said, "he will be sent
back to his father, and Al Gore will lose as a result." Well technically
Al Gore did get more votes in Florida than Bush, but if not for Elian,
Janet Reno, and Clinton, Gore would have had a margin of victory that
even the Republicans would have found to steal.
