Oh there are Canadian Border Gangs alright. They're Canadian Geese!
They'll foul your clothes, foul your car, hiss and bite at you. They
cross borders with impunity and without documentation! They travel in
gangs all over the US, fouling up our lakes and rivers. If ever there
was a group that should be profiled and deported it's Canadian Geese! :-(
