Please forgive me for attempting to shine some light into a murky area of
mistaken notions, misunderstandings, and assertions that are just plain
wrong. I had apparently wrongly assumed that given the opportunity, folks
reading here would choose to learn and expand their base of understanding.
We are each, of course, allowed to wallow in the comfort of the ignorance we
