Utter nonsense. New Orleans food was just as good as San Francisco's and
Manhattan's for longer than a Century. In those years, I said "There are
only three places to eat in the USA" and those were the three.

In the '80s, I added Reno. In the '90s I added Los Angeles and about
five years ago Las Vegas.

In North America, Montréal, Veracruz, and Mexico City have fully
qualified for at least, fifty years. Vancouver has for at least ten.
