having worked on the UCR for years and years, I can tell you, dont
believe the stats....
when you look at the number of "white" communities using ATI's it is
clear that the white suburbans are getting the slide on first, second
and in many cases third offenses....
If you are interested, look at "arrest" rates, not incarceration
rates....you will find your little tirade loses a little bit of its
power.....
among interesting results of a "soon to be published" study, white
teens use at far higher rates, cocaine, heroin, marijuana, lsd and
ecsatsy than blacks....white teens are far ore likely to drink and
drive, and white teens are far more likely to engage in ., although
they are smart enough to confine it to oral/anal.....
I dont judge people on white and black, I have friends on both side,
anyone who has gone to harlem knows you gotta have the mind set of
submersing yourself in someones culture and trying to fit in, and not
on observing the obvious differences...
