We spent a week between Zion, Bryce, Arches and Canyonlands, and it wasn't
long enough!

2-1/2 days in Zion was almost perfect and 1 day in Bryce was about right.
Then you've got a pretty long haul to the eastern parks (CL and Arches). We
spent three nights in Moab to do those parks, plus Dead Horse Point (not to
be missed IMO). Spent almost 2 days in Arches, and definitely needed more
time for Canyonlands. We really didn't do any hikes there (except
overlook-type things) because it's so vast.

I'm middle-aged and out of shape, so I did the easier ones, while my ex and
daughter did the more difficult ones, like Angel's Landing & the Narrows at
Zion and Fiery Furnace at Arches. There are plenty of great hikes for every
level.
