I'm trying to figure out where to go for a 3-generation trip early next
summer. There will be me (60-year-old gramma), my kids and their kids, who
will range from 9 months to 14 years. I had pretty much decided on Red
River, New Mexico, but some of the group is not especially into nature and
hiking type stuff, but everyoone loves the mountains. Not many beach people
except me, so that really isn't a priority, but I thought San Diego might be
an interesting possibility. There seems to be lots of stuff for the little
ones (zoo, Wild Animal Park, Legoland, etc), golf for the guys, and a beach
for me. My biggest concern is that it's a big city and will be expensive,
which isn't do-able when I'm pretty much footing the bill for 10 people.
Ideas anyone?
