It is easy to get to the Metro, Union Station is on the RED line. Change at
Gallery Place/ChinaTown to the GREEN line and go to L'Enfant Plaza, short
walk to the Air and Space Museum but ask someone which exit, there are a
number and you can get very lost if you exit at the wrong one!! ... or ...
change at Metro Central and take the BLUE line to the Smithsonian station
and end up in the middle of the mall. Ether way you can easily pass a day
with very little trouble and expense. You can also eat cheaply in the
Chinatown are, pick a resturant with a crowd and you cannot go wrong.
