With US torture methods if the interrogators want stories about
airplanes they will get stories about airplanes. If you offer a massive
bonus to the first torturer to get a clear threat to steal a US missile
sub I expect there would be a clear threat within months.
Torture subjects will tell whatever the torturers want. How else do you
think Cheesy gets the silly stories that he quotes.
