I had to go to a wedding in Sonoma last month and when I started
looking into things online back in July, I was floored by the cost of
travel there. The Best Western was about $275 a night! This site
showed me options of cottages right in town, just a mile from my
sister's wedding site in the center of everything for $165 a night.
And the cottage was cool! Tennis court, lovely deck that faced horses,
very comfortable queen sized bed, and a separate living room and
kitchenette. We would have NEVER found this place on our own and we
saved hundreds of dollars as we were there to help with wedding set-up
and spent four days. Having the kitchenette was helpful too - we
didn't have to eat out every meal.

I got to talk to the owner, which was helpful. I don't remember her
name, but what I do remember is she knew every place in the whole area.
She listened to my wedding (nightmare) travel story and was very
sensitive to my budget.

We also spent a few days in San Francisco and she found us this really
hip hotel in Union Square for about the same price we paid for our
cottage -- $149. I couldn't believe the deals we got through this
site, but more importantly, the service of talking to a live person
when I was questioning what I saw online.

Oh, and her restaurant recommendations were fantastic!

THAT is what makes this site awesome. I'm sorry you were
disappointed - and no, I'm from Tulsa, Oklahoma, this is not an ad.
I guess I should have elaborated more.
