I am looking to any information regarding the roads and travel time
between Sacramento Airport and Tahoe City (or Truckee).

My initial plan was to land at Reno airport, but flights to Reno are
limited from where I'm flying out, and Sacramento has tons of flights.

Mapquest says it is around 120 miles.

How are the roads in February? Will be renting a car, and wanted to see
if anyone has knowledge of the traffic between Tahoe City and
Sacramento airport.

Will be travelling:
Sacramento to Tahoe City on Saturday Afternoon (3-5PM)
Tahoe City to Sacramento on Tue evening (5-6PM) or Wed morning
(5-8AM).
